My Oligosaccharide Affection
On June 22, 2011, I attended the first Functional Sugar Seminar held in Chengdu. I listened to the lectures of experts and scholars. For the first time, I understood the powerful function of functional sugar. With curiosity and exploration, I thought I must try and experience it personally.
The meeting was most impressed by chitosan oligosaccharides and L-arabinose. The report of "Functional Application of Chitosan-oligosaccharides" by Huazhong Agricultural University proved that plant cultivation experiments could avoid the harm of pesticides to crops and promote their healthy growth. It reminds us that in our daily life, adding a small amount of chitosan oligosaccharides when washing vegetables can not reduce agricultural disabilities? The live broadcasting of L-arabinose by Tangchuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is unforgettable and provides two bottles of products for each participant. It is a great news for those of us who like sucrose and fat meat. Seeing that the scholars attending the conference often add the product in pure water, I think it must have a role, so I personally practice. After countless attempts, adding L-arabinose to a large amount of sugar and fat can really reduce the absorption of sucrose and fat. It enjoys delicious taste and has no love for the body. At the same time, it has a very good effect to eat before or after drinking. It can effectively avoid the harm of alcohol to the liver and quickly recover the body. On June 28, 2013, I participated in the Third Functional Sugar Seminar. I got to know about galacto-oligosaccharides and xylo-oligosaccharides. Especially on June 11, 2014, I attended the Annual Conference of Functional Sugars held in Jinan and visited Longli Biology, Baolingbao, Fukuda Science and Technology in Shandong Province, which injected new vitality into the work I have been concerned about and engaged in for several years, and became more fascinated by oligos Xylooligosaccharide.
Oligosaccharides, also known as oligosaccharides, refer to 2-9 monosaccharides linked by glycoside bonds to form straight chains or a group of compounds containing branched chains. Some literatures refer to polymers containing two sugar residues as disaccharides. Oligosaccharides can be classified into two types according to their functions: common oligosaccharides and functional oligosaccharides. Ordinary oligosaccharides, sucrose, maltose, lactose, maltose, trehalose and so on, are familiar to people. Galactoligosaccharides - probiotics from milk sources. It is the only probiotic of various oligosaccharides that can simultaneously capitalize AB bacteria.
Galactoligosaccharides naturally present in breast milk are about 0.6%. Clinical trials have shown that the effect of adding galactoligosaccharides (GOS) is the closest to breast-feeding, and it is the best probiotics of breast milk formula. It can promote the absorption of minerals such as calcium and iron, promote the development of children's skeleton, prevent the osteoporosis of the elderly and women. Because of the special functions of galacto-oligosaccharides and xylo-oligosaccharides and their low price, it is the best choice for people who have bad stomach and constipation and occasionally drink too much. Nowadays, whenever I eat poorly, drink alcohol or gastrointestinal discomfort, I will eat it. For me, it has completely replaced the traditional gastrointestinal medicine treatment.
