The influence of cyclamate in feed sweetener on the determination value of saccharin sodium
In order to evaluate the effect of cyclamate on the content of saccharin sodium in sweeteners, five sweetener formulations with different dosages of cyclamate were designed. The dosages of cyclamate were 0, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 20%, respectively. The content of saccharin sodium was determined by perchloric acid non-aqueous titration method, and 0.1N perchloric acid was used as standard solution. The results showed that the content of saccharin sodium increased with the increase of the content of cyclamate.
